- Drawing takes place June 12th at 6:00 PM at After The Fox in McHenry.
- Once you purchase your raffle ticket, you’ll receive confirmation from the United Way, and a physical raffle ticket with your information will be distributed to you.
- The winner does not need to be present to win.
- This golf cart raffle is conducted by the United Way of Greater McHenry County, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in Illinois. All net proceeds will support the mission of United Way of Greater McHenry County. Participants must be at least 18 years old. Raffle tickets may only be purchased by individuals 18 or older as of the date of purchase. The raffle is void where prohibited by law. Each ticket costs $100 and is non-refundable. Tickets will be sold from March 25 to June 12. Raffle tickets cannot be issued more than 364 days before the drawing. The prize is a Ranger 2 Plus 2 model golf cart, valued at approximately $7,995. No cash equivalent or substitutions are available. The winner is responsible for all applicable taxes, title, registration, and additional fees. The winning ticket will be randomly drawn on June 12th at After The Fox located at 1406 Riverside Dr, McHenry, IL 60050. The winner does not need to be present to win. The winner will be notified via [email/phone] and must claim the prize within 30 days of the drawing. Failure to claim the prize within this period may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. This raffle is conducted in accordance with the Illinois Raffles and Poker Runs Act (230 ILCS 15/0.01 et seq.). United Way of Greater McHenry County has obtained the necessary raffle license from McHenry License authority as required by Illinois law. In compliance with Illinois law, the net proceeds from this raffle will be exclusively devoted to the lawful purposes of the United Way of Greater McHenry County. This raffle is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Illinois law.
