KITTY NASH OF HOME STATE BANK has been named United Way of Greater McHenry County's Volunteer of the Year for the 2011-12 campaign. The Volunteer of the Year award recognizes individuals for their outstanding service to our local United Way.

Kitty has been involved with Home State Bank's United Way campaign for the past 14 years. During her time as Campaign Manager, Kitty's efforts have raised over $145,000 for our community. In addition to assisting the bank with their employee campaign, Kitty has also served on the Allocations panel for the last two years. Kitty's dedication to United Way displays the type of community involvement we all should take note of.
